Moretti Omero - Traditional Vines

During my last trip to Germany happened to meet Lucia,a third generation entrepreneur from Italy.
Moretti Omero -is a 20 years old company in Italy ,where they produces olives & vines exclusively using organic method with a production of 4500 olives and 18000 vines.
Her vision is to create lot of value added products from olives...
when i asked about her company she expresses humbly says

"I don't say our oil & our wines are the best in Umbria,But i can say certainly that the respect of soil & the satisfaction of the customers are our Pride"

Also Lucia has facitlites for the tourist to stay in their farm & can spend time in enjoying the environment.

Day 5

Limit = Unlimited

This is really amazing,when we question our self how far can we go forward to complete any new task.
Sooner we reach a limit after taking certain amount of steps toward the work .
We end up telling ourselves come on I have done everything that it takes & stop ourselves,saying
"Offfff only this much i can do,Its height of testing my patients,i have given all my strength to achieve this. I have given all my strength & energy "
By saying all these we limit ourselves in a nutshell and think that is the end of the our world.Was thinking more about this and discussing with few friends we discovered only thing to complete our task w.r.to showstoppers is to beat the odds by just stretching our limits to unlimited.
once we stretch ourselves to this mode,our entire action & new life starts out of that..
As we move into this zone it entirely opens world of opportunities.So lets make it from our own hand to break our limits & enjoy success by unlimited efforts.

Day 4

Dream...

Ahaaaaaaaaa Can dream also be a distinction for me to succeed in my life,I was wondering ... Gave some more thoughts to my tiny little brain & see what dream is all about .. Yes dreams are something which you & I think need to achieve but most of the times we take very little steps to make our dreams come true as a reality.When i searched on net got to see tons of literature for the same.Most of it is all says achieve it achieve it achieve it..............how to achieve it is a always a ?????.
To make Dreams happen first i listed down all that i dream in a piece of paper..

Taking action in order to attain & taste sucess I prioritise first.Once i get a scense of accomplishing them,it gives me more power & joy to aim my bigger dreams.

Its a huge scense of acomplishments we get by achieving small dreams in order to reach high up the ladder.

Day 3

Purpose.

Purpose is the key & critical thing in any of our day to day endeavours.
Need it be small things to big thing,every thing needs purpose to do with.When we get aware of the purpose of each & every activity we do,it's more easy for us to complete the particular job.

When we start any job first point to look at it is,to see the purpose of doing that job.Yes knowing the purpose of what gets accomplished out of our efforts it makes us easier to complete the task.
For someone practising singing during driving a car is totally different from practising singing for a musical concert.
Purpose makes our actions change in any task.
Knowing the purpose upfront before starting a task makes a lot of difference.

Day 2

Eternally positive Person.

Is it difficult to be an Eternally positive person ?

Few days back during lunch With my mentor,we were discussing something about each others youth looks .Then we ended up with a story narrated by Naveen (My Mentor).By end of the story I found is not at all difficult to be an eternally positive person.

The stories goes like this.........................

There lived a person named Peter,he was gifted by an identical twins John & Jack.From the young age on both the kids were totally opposite in nature,John was always a positive boy making lot of fun in every moment each day.Jack the other side of the coin always negative expecting every thing to be worse to happen.Peter was more than happy seeing activities of John who brings lot of fun & joy daily into his own life & family.Day by day activities of Jack were getting more on thinking about anything & everything to end up as a miserable way.

Peter found its high time need to change the attitude of Jack,he was always thinking for a right opportunity to get his son on track.On their tenth birthday Peter wanted to surprise both his sons by decorating their rooms in slightly opposite way.

He decorated Jack's room wonderfully by balloon's attractively.To resemble an ambiance of more fun & joy in Jack's life.




In John's room he has decorated it with Horse dung.To check out how would John react for the same ?

After decorating both the rooms he visits to check each kids rooms what they are doing..

Enters Jacks rooms first,as the main intention of him decorating was to get jack into joy full mode,To his surprise see Jack crying,

Goes close to him "why are you crying my dear son "

Jack :Dad I know know what all these things around me in my room,Decorated very beautifully something should have gone Wrong that the reason some one has decorated my room in this way.wondering what else can he do to change his son.he moves out of the room feeling bad about not able to make his son feel joyful.

Then enters John's room,Sees John with dung,rolling them into balls & playing around.

Asks John "Are n't you upset,what are you doing with Dung ? "

John: Dad why will i be upset,I am enjoying making balls & happy searching there must be phony around also,So that i can enjoy riding on Pony.

Just after listening to this story,I can say,Its not difficult to be an eternally Positive person,provided every moment its with the person to think and act eternally positive in any given situation to become eternally positive person.

Now its times to practise being eternally positive person.Wish readers to take on one active at least after reading this article to take positive approach for any given situation
