Today's power breakfast started with message from Mani stating
" Smile is the way to solve many problems.Silence is the way to avoid many problems. "
I just smiled for a moment and thought what does it all say to me.Yes,Smile & silence both are same things with different way of expressing out our expressions to increase our listening skills.
Actually problems comes due to we not listening to the problems what they are & why they are occurring in any given situation.Most of the times without even properly listening to properly what the problem is we jump in and add some irrelevant conversations and fuel the problem up.To tackle this situation effectively i felt of practising these distinction's of Smile & Silence when people talk something to me,either smile or silence w.r.to the situation i completely listen to what the other person says.By doing so it gives me power to handle the situation very smoothly rather than fueling up the problem.

By just putting Smile/Silence I increase my Listening skills to various situations in my day to day life to weeken any given problem.
Good that you silently listened to what ever is jotted here,now its time to smile.

a smile reassures as well as relaxes so that defenses can be opened, the silence opens a space for a person to be, yet silence speaks a million words and says nothing. accepting what is, is- lets us look at things form a fresh prospective opening new avenues
